Most pieces in our collections can be created in these finishes but in accordance with our efforts in sustainability, they’re done so on a bespoke basis.
PVD colours
At d line, color is not applied as a layer on top of the material, but emerges as an extension of it. Through the PVD process (Physical Vapour Deposition), stainless steel is treated in a controlled vacuum environment where colour is bonded directly to the surface at a molecular level. The result is an exceptionally durable finish that preserves the technical properties of the steel while adding a precise visual character.
The color palette ranges from brass and copper to bronze and black – each tone with its own depth and quality of light. PVD brass is available in both polished and brushed versions, subtly changing how the material reflects its surroundings and creating nuanced variations within the same color family.
It is not a transformation of the material, but an interpretation of it. The combination of stainless steel and PVD results in a surface resistant to scratches, moisture and daily use, while offering architectural flexibility to adapt the expression without compromising performance or durability.

Solid metals With our solid metals, nothing changes – AISI 316 stainless steel and brass have long been our metals of choice, because they never date and meet our quality standards.
We’ve always worked with solid brass because it wears and patinates over time to develop a beautiful effect. But it doesn’t react well to the heavy duty detergents often required in bathrooms, so our pvd colours are a great option for cohesive sanitary ware.
Today’s projects are more complex: regulation, sustainability, documentation and many stakeholders.
